If you are paying for your own translation services you may use whomever you like. If we are expected to pay, we have a service available to us. Your insurance plan may pay for translation service and we would like to know that when we schedule your appointment. If you need in office testing performed (PSA, Urodyamics, Uroflow, etc) we will attempt to schedule your doctor visit on the same day as your in-office testing. This saves translator charges.
We see patients in our office Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Please notify us of changes in your address, phone numbers, employment, or insurance coverage. Please telephone as far in advance as possible for appointments.
Your medical record and the information that passes among you, your doctors, and our staff is confidential. Your records will be released only with your written permission.
